Continuing on their drive to attract only the best talent from across the globe, The Immersion Group welcomes Debbie Levitt as their new Head of Experience Design.

A CX and UX strategist, designer, and trainer since the 1990s, Levitt has influenced interfaces at Sony, Wells Fargo, Constant Contact,, Etsy, and a variety of Silicon Valley startups. Given the nickname, “Mary Poppins,” because she flies in, improves everything she can, sings a few songs, and flies away to her next adventure, her “Delta CX” book and training teaches companies how to improve customer satisfaction, predict and mitigate business risk, and increase ROI by investing in great customer experiences.

"I'm very excited to be joining Immersion Group as the Head of Experience Design. We are both dedicated to helping clients achieve and exceed their goals through customer-centricity, business intelligence, and data-informed insights," says Levitt.

The rapidly growing Immersion Group has achieved great success with a current slate of clients that include financial giants Old Mutual, Absa and Standard Bank.

Group CEO, Viresh Hargoven, shares: “As we grow, our goal is to remain at the forefront of customer and client experience, innovation and disruption. We are able to achieve such a high level of service, client satisfaction and ROI only through the talent and sought-after design expertise of our team members. Debbie makes for an incredible addition to this team, with her years of international experience, unparalleled knowledge, skill and passion, we are proud to welcome her to the Immersion Group.”

Through a combination of human-centred design principles, strategic vision and outstanding technical abilities, the Immersion Group and its new Head of Experience Design, Debbie Levitt, are all-systems-go to deliver the next level in experience design to clients across all sectors.
