Account Manager/Executive

Reporting to Business Development Head  

Take over current responsibilities with selected existing clients and new.  

Responsible for the retention sales and growth of existing clients and farming for new opportunities at existing clients.  

Client Account Responsibilities:  

  1. Regular Meeting with key stakeholder/s to make sure a good relationship is built and maintained   
  1. Ensure continued satisfaction on work being carried out (close liaison with DM)  
  1. Look for opportunities to grow and extend the work we are doing  
  1. Farm existing clients for new opportunities in other parts of their business in unfamiliar departments.  Get introductions/referrals to people we don’t know to start building those relationships  
  1. Supporting proposal writing and pitching to client  
  1. Manage contract/s
