We're looking for great CX Leads to join our team! Manage, develop and implement customer experience strategies, and review and pull insights from analytics and data. Work together with the CX team and our clients on implementing change that anticipates and addresses customer questions, needs, and complaints.
- Minimum 5-10+ years’ working experience
- Work within cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams
- Lead CX units and motivate stakeholders and unit heads
- Stand strong to the rationale behind your CX decisions and recommendations as well as the customer data
- Report into the CXO and leadership team
- Self-manage and work independently both onsite and remotely
- Meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment
